The commissioners approved participation in the annual upgrade to the Child Accounting and Profile System (CAPS), which counties share the cost of through CYS, and authorized a recurring agreement with WOKW 102.9 to advertise the county foster care recruitment program.
All motions were made, seconded and approved without recorded roll-call tallies; the chair called for a voice vote and commissioners responded "Aye." No commissioner names were recorded as movers or seconders in the official transcript.
These actions were presented as routine renewals or annual updates and carried without extended discussion.
