Board members pressed for consistency across sections that list renewal requirements for Tier 1 and Tier 2 licenses. Because the issues mix technical drafting fixes and substantive alignment questions (program vs. in-service teacher standards), the board voted to table R4863 until a future meeting, giving staff time to collect edits and return with clarified language. The motion was made on the record and passed by roll call; staff will present revisions at a future meeting before the board takes formal action on the rule package.
