The Planning Commission reviewed a final-plat application from Crunk Engineering for Shadow Ridge multifamily Phase 1 (1109 and 1111 Old Ketron Road) at the May 27 work session. The applicant requested right-of-way dedication to extend Ray Williams Drive and to combine and replat existing lots to create new lot configurations.
Staff said the proposed Ray Williams Drive extension would be a 75-foot right-of-way approximately 737 feet in length and that the applicant intends to dedicate the extension to the City of Spring Hill. The applicant met with staff on May 7, 2025 and reported no outstanding comments at that meeting.
Adam Kronk of Kronk Engineering represented the applicant and offered to answer questions; commissioners indicated they were comfortable placing the item on the consent agenda for the regular meeting. No formal vote occurred during the work session.
