Virgin council previews routine agenda items for Feb. 18 regular meeting

An unresolved property question between “Lenny Ringerhoff’s house” and a church will be placed on the agenda so the town attorney can report back.
The official said the meeting packet contains two attachments related to a development agreement and lighting requirements and that those documents will be available for review ahead of the regular meeting.
The work session began at 7:30 a.m. on Feb. 12 and the official characterized the list as “easy things” that should be quick to address at the regular session.
