Commission asks staff for cost estimate to explore indoor pickleball option at Tethered Park

Subcommittee members asked staff to obtain high‑level vendor cost estimates for an indoor court conversion at the Tethered Park location and to report back to the commission in January. Commissioners also said they would continue meetings with The Ranch to understand pricing and policies for community play.
Members noted indoor conversion is being explored primarily as a noise‑abatement strategy; no funding decisions or design proposals were made at the meeting.
