The board took a roll-call vote on a motion to accept the Nov. 4 minutes. The motion was moved by Board member Shim and seconded; commissioners present — Commissioner Wadsworth, Commissioner Shim, Commissioner Muñoz, Commissioner Mazaguei and Chair Hereha — voted yes, and the motion passed.
The remainder of the meeting included a review of a revised Certificate of Appreciation template, an update on a citywide historic resources survey contract, and discussion of the board’s role in reviewing major exterior alterations and the city’s permitting/flagging process. No further formal actions were taken during that portion of the meeting.
The board adjourned after confirming its next meeting date would be Monday, Jan. 6.
