The committee then approved the 2026 Business Improvement District (BID) operating plan, which staff described as an annual formality that comes to the finance committee each year.
Alder Watson moved to accept the minutes and moved to approve the BID operating plan; motions were seconded and carried by voice vote with no recorded roll-call tallies. No substantive questions or amendments were raised during the committee’s brief consideration of these items.
