Board members and district staff acknowledged an omission in RFQ 2601, a request for qualifications for construction materials, testing and inspection services, and agreed to remove it from the consent agenda pending correction.

At the meeting start the chair asked staff whether RFQ 2601, listed on the consent agenda, had an omission. Superintendent Anthony Smith and staff confirmed the procurement document lacked a contractor listing that should have been included. Board members agreed the item would be pulled from the consent agenda, corrected, reposted in the board packet and returned for a vote at next week’s meeting.

No formal vote on the RFQ occurred at Tuesday’s meeting; staff said they would update the document and put it back on eBOARD for board review before the consent vote next week.
