A volunteer group researching street-address issues presented its findings at a daytime informational meeting this week and will hold an evening session next week to broaden participation, a city official said.

Council Member Bob Delves is leading the street-address group and presented research and data collected to the community, the official said. The group plans to present its findings to the council in October and seek direction on next steps.

An official said the meeting this week was daytime-focused and that the next meeting, set for Thursday at 4 p.m., will be at a time intended to allow broader public participation. No changes to addresses or policy decisions were announced; the item remains under study pending the October council presentation.
