The warrant and the minutes were approved by voice vote after motions on each item. The committee approved the minutes following a motion from Mister Simons and a second from Miss Behn. The warrant motion was made by Mister Vitale and seconded by Trustee Stromberg; the chair called for the voice vote and the motion carried on an affirmative vote.
Committee members did not request discussion or ask follow-up questions on either item during the meeting. A staff note recorded in the meeting said the warrant will go forward to tonight’s board meeting with a positive recommendation.
At the close of the meeting Miss Baines moved to adjourn, seconded by Mister Simons; the committee again approved the motion by voice vote and adjourned.
No members of the public spoke during the public-comment portion of the agenda, which the chair opened after reports and before adjournment.
