Reline said the group had “six items on the list of things we needed to address” when they began and that they are “coming near the completion of finishing the sixth item.” She specifically thanked the mayor for placing the item on the agenda and commended Public Works and city management staff for stepping up to manage the contractor and get the water‑meter work back on schedule.
The mayor acknowledged the comments and accepted the resident’s thanks during the public‑comment period. No council action or motion was associated with the comments.
