Alva council and utility authority approve two equipment leases and a budget amendment; two related items die for lack of motion

At a joint City of Alva Council and Alva Utility Authority meeting, members approved a five-year lease purchase for a 2017 Pelican dual street sweeper and, in a separate utility-authority vote, amended the FY budget and approved a three-year lease for a 2025 HERCO Technologies vacuum unit. Two related seven-year lease resolutions on the agenda received no motions and were allowed to die for lack of action.
