Item 3 — Resolution approving Amendment No. 3 to the lease and operating agreement for the BART station at San Francisco International Airport to provide a rent credit not to exceed $3,150,000 to reimburse BART for next‑generation fare gates; no term change. Items 6 & 7 (considered together) — Resolutions approving multi‑year grant agreements and amendments administered by the Department of Children, Youth and Their Families (DCYF): a new five‑year grant with Young Community Developers (YCD) for Black to the Future and a school site mentoring program (not-to-exceed approx. $12,400,000); and an amendment to Bay Area Community Resources (BACR) contracts for workforce, justice and arts programs (amendment increases amount; corrected contract amount described in committee discussion).
