Veronica Freeman, a grant officer representing North Las Vegas on the collaborative, introduced a county presentation delivered by Jody Bechtel, assistant director of Clark County’s Department of Environment and Sustainability, and Robert Bergey, the county’s climate and sustainability program manager.
