City staff explained the proposed revisions and said the changes will align the written comprehensive fee schedule with fees already charged under a 2023 contract with the city's solid-waste vendor. "This is just cleaning up the comprehensive fee schedule to match the actual fees being charged and that were approved in the contract in '23," a staff member said during the presentation.
Councilman Gina Maleche moved to approve the ordinance "as presented;" Mayor Pro Tem Jeff Forrester seconded. The motion carried 7'00.
