Technology commission hears operational updates: HBS contract ended, Motorola cloud cameras live, 365 migration set for Oct. 31

HBS contract termination: Matoski said the city has terminated the HBS CollabGuard support contract for the video surveillance system (annual cost previously ~$18,000) and will assume maintenance internally; the contract exit carried a $1,677 fee and freed roughly $17,009 of capital that IT plans to apply toward other needs.
