The council vote was unanimous. Staff will negotiate the grant agreement and the organization will proceed with construction and program planning in coordination with city staff.
"This is a space that will be right in the heart of Uptown...a cultivator of digital media, marketing, design, entrepreneurial community and creative tech," Councilmember Anderson said.
