The terminations were presented to the trustees as mutually agreed in each case, with staff saying the primary reasons included an inability to tap into a sewer line at 269 East Street, developers’ failure to obtain construction financing for a North Lewis project, and the loss of a modular supplier for a project at 346 East Zion Place. A staff member asked that the minutes “reflect this is by mutual agreement.”
