Radcliffe — Organizers of the Radcliffe Cultural Festival announced Tuesday that the seventh annual event will be held Saturday, Sept. 20, from 4 to 9 p.m. on the City Hall grounds, with a city parade starting at 5 p.m. from South Deepwood to City Hall.
Pete Countryman, speaking on behalf of the festival, said the event will include vendors, performers, food trucks and a "Taste of the World" food court featuring flavors from Belize, Cuba, Germany, Italy, Jamaica, Mexico and American classics. The festival will also host local boutiques, handcrafted goods, and family performances including Allegro Dance Academy and a returning fire dancer. Councilwoman Maria Bell said she will lead an impromptu group dance to "Zorba the Greek." The festival organizers emphasized local vendors and small businesses.
