ARB approves five consent items; three other applications moved to Nov. 13

At the start of the Oct. 9 meeting the Bexley Architectural Review Board approved five consent-agenda applications and later agreed to move three additional applications to the Nov. 13 meeting at the applicants’ request.
Consent approvals: The consent items approved (as listed by staff) were: - ARB 25-50 — 231 Drexel Avenue (approved) - ARB 25-51 — 2716 Allegheny (approved) - ARB 25-58 — 691 S. Cassingham (approved) - ARB 25-53 — 247 North Parkview (approved) - ARB 25-27 / BZAC25-40 — 821 Brandon (approved)
Roll call for the consent motion showed one abstention (Mister Hyer) and otherwise unanimous approval among board members present.
Requests to postpone: Three applications were requested by applicants to be moved to the Nov. 13 meeting; the ARB voted to accept those requests. Those items are: - ARB25-26 — 970 Verde Montrose (moved to Nov. 13) - ARB25-36 — 811 South Roosevelt (moved to Nov. 13) - ARB25-37 — 782 Chelsea Avenue (moved to Nov. 13)
One other calendar note: the board confirmed that the Nov. 13 meeting will accommodate these rescheduled items.
