The board’s clerk read the rank order before the vote: 1) Elephant’s Fork Elementary School; 2) Nansemond River High School addition; 3) School Administrative Offices (SAO); followed by Kilby Shores Elementary, Nansemond Parkway Elementary, Forest Glen Middle, College and Career Academy, John Yates Middle, Early Childhood Center at Elephant’s Fork, and other projects.
Board Chair Howell called for a motion and the board approved the list by recorded roll call. The vote was unanimous in favor (all seven members present voted yes).
