Warren County commissioners approve emergency plan, courthouse restoration contract and multiple routine agreements

- Approved the renewal of the Medical Assistance Transportation (MAT) grant agreement for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2025 and ending June 30, 2026.
- Approved an agreement with Saint Martino, Stout and Presti for additional support in reviewing assessed properties and appeals.
- Approved a short-term contract to pay Elise Bush for guardian ad litem services performed at the end of the 2024–25 fiscal year; staff said Bush stepped in as a backup solicitor and the contract enables payment for hours already worked.
- Accepted two bids at repository (tax) sale: a bid of $1,100 for a property on Elm Street (Tilly Burrow) and a bid of $797 for a mobile home lot on Wilbur Lane (Glade Township). Staff said the properties are tax-deficient and approval requires concurrence of the taxing bodies involved.
- Accepted online auction results for two county vehicles: a 2015 Ford Explorer for $2,400 and a 2017 Ford Escape for $17.50 (as recorded).
- Approved an annual maintenance agreement with JIT Toyota Lift for forklift servicing at an hourly rate recorded in the packet, and approved the county warehouse to continue using the lift.
All motions on the consent agenda and the listed items were moved, seconded and carried by voice vote with commissioners responding "aye." No roll-call tallies with member-by-member votes were recorded in the transcript.
