City planning staff recommended ratification and explained the commission had altered its usual process to allow the planning commission president to sign because of timing on the project. No commissioners raised questions during the discussion; a roll-call vote recorded seven ayes and zero nays and the motion passed.
Commissioners also asked whether any additional follow-up was required; staff said no further action was necessary beyond the ratification.
The ratification resolves the documentary omissions on the recorded plat so the subdivision records reflect the access and sewer easements referenced by the surveyor.
