Land Bank Commission approves consulting proposal to finalize job analyses and KRAs

The Nantucket County Land Bank Commission voted to authorize staff to finalize job analyses and Key Result Areas (KRAs) using a consultant proposal included in the meeting packet.

Staff explained that KRAs will clarify duties and expectations for each position and will inform hiring for new roles such as finance and administration. The packet indicated a consultant price of roughly $2,000 per job description and that two months' free use of a software platform was included with the engagement.

A commissioner moved and the commission approved the proposal. Commissioners said a clear job analysis will simplify hiring and ensure that new positions are scoped appropriately. Staff will proceed to finalize the KRA scopes and deliverables with the selected consultant and return with any subsequent hiring requests as needed.
