Design Review Board approves Parish Construction exterior revisions with conditions
Summary
Parish Construction presented exterior paint and material changes for an existing building. The board approved alternate color scheme 2 but required that the darker iron-ore color be extended to the canopy level on side elevations and that the loading-dock canopy be reduced by one window bay.
Parish Construction returned to the Design Review Board on Oct. 17 to present a revised exterior paint and material package for an existing Alpharetta building.
