County officials said PSEG rerouted a proposed transmission line from the east side of a local quarry to a corridor between the quarry and the town limit of New Windsor, a realignment the board says could endanger New Windsor's water infrastructure and limit access to the town's chlorination plant. Commissioners also told the meeting that PSEG has filed court papers the county views as an attempt to bar landowners from hunting on their property.
