The Finance Committee on Oct. 27 voted unanimously to adopt Legistar 90,288, authorizing the terms of a land-use restriction agreement related to redevelopment of the Saxony Apartments located at 305 North Francis Street. The item was moved, seconded and approved without substantive public discussion or additional questions from committee members.

Committee staff noted registrants were available for questions but none were asked during the committee meeting; the committee recorded a unanimous vote in favor and moved the item forward.
