Council approves FY25–26 board and committee membership renewals; clerk will correct noted discrepancies

The council approved the annual list of board and committee membership renewals for fiscal year 2025–26 after the city clerk explained the process for collecting reappointment confirmations. A member of the public, Linda Rodriguez, identified two corrections to the Citizens Advisory Committee roster (a vice-chair listing and two seats) that staff agreed to fix.

The clerk said the list in the packet reflects those who returned reappointment confirmations by email or in person and that department heads and committee chairs would be notified of any updates. Council then voted to approve the list by voice vote; staff recorded that a spreadsheet correction would be made to reflect the CAC vice-chair and seat adjustments.

Council action: motion to approve the board and committee member list for FY25–26 carried by voice vote; staff to update the CAC entries before final posting.
