Rebuild Concord asks Concord City Council for $1.8 million to finish affordable housing projects

Rebuild Concord requested $1,800,000 from the city to complete a slate of affordable housing projects, including the Kerr Street development and an 11‑unit Corbin Avenue cottage village.
