The two bidders and amounts read into the record were ORI USA at $612,213.17 and Munson Business Interiors with a base bid of $468,677.21 and proposed alternates reducing the total to $442,806.71.
Council asked staff and Tom specifically to provide an itemized list of items in each bid so members can review components and make a recommendation; staff said the council will receive the breakdown in the next few days and make a decision.
No motion to award the contract was made at the meeting. Council members said they wanted time to review the line‑item comparisons before selecting a vendor.
