6) Bill 66-20, intergovernmental agreement with Missouri Department of Public Safety for the 2026 Missouri Blue Shield Grant Program (MBSGP) ' Approved on first reading and read for final reading; final reading approved 6-0. City accepted a $50,000 award to buy laptops for officers.

7) Bill 66-21, intergovernmental agreement (MOU) with Branson Public School District for participation in ADAPT (Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention Team) ' Approved on first reading and read for final reading; final reading approved 6-0. MOU commits city to participation in prevention efforts and allows the school to fund overtime for enforcement operations.
