City finance and management staff presented revenue and expenditure projections and said the LVRF proposal would raise estimated LVRF receipts from $1.2 million to $2.4 million. Staff told the council the increase would be split between capital spending and operating support; the packet and presentation show a proposed per-vehicle increase of $26 intended to generate the larger revenue estimate.
