Joe Gurney of First Capital Engineering described the proposal as a gas kiosk with a 204‑square‑foot building, six fueling positions, a canopy, an air station and underground storage tanks. He said the Wise Market property is 5.092 acres and noted that the fuel pumps themselves sit inside Warwick Township while other site improvements cross the borough boundary.
