Sean Seaman of Fallon said Parcel C master planning is nearing completion and that vertical design is scheduled to begin shortly. Fallon said it is coordinating daily or weekly with the Titans and with HDR on Second Street, plaza infrastructure and utility relocations. Seaman said platting work and abandonment of easements (including an old Colonial Pipeline easement) remain in progress to form leaseable parcels.
