On a motion by Councilor Crowe, seconded by Councilor Taylor, the council voted to receive the communication into the record. Councilors did not take further action at the meeting but the commission said it will submit a formal recommendation when a special-permit application for the related development is filed and that the commission's 01/27/2020 design requirements for the development site remain applicable.
The communication and its attached Massachusetts Historical Commission inventory form were entered into the public record for future review as the development process proceeds.
