The following resolutions were approved by voice vote with sponsors noted where recorded: 2‑48 (fiscal technician reclassification), 2‑49 (Anthem Medicare Advantage renewal), 2‑50 (memorandum of understanding with New York National Guard Counterdrug Task Force), 2‑51 (9‑1‑1 grant budget amendment), 2‑52 (pavilion contract, RFP 10‑25), 2‑53 (HyperReach notification system contract), 2‑54 (Trinity Services Group agreement), 2‑55 (motor vehicle equipment budget amendment), 2‑56 (sheriff budget amendment), 2‑57 (CT Veil Associates agreement), 2‑58 (tourism promotion agency designation), 2‑59 (tourism office lease/sublet), 2‑60 (reestablish farmland protection reserve fund), 2‑61 (board of elections budget amendment), 2‑62 (Fulton County veterans transportation renewal), 2‑63 (building use agreement with KCS Land Research Group), and 2‑64 (proving off abstract of audited claims).
Resolution 2‑65 (adopting a revised non‑bargaining personnel policy) prompted extended debate on whether salary changes belong in the budget or should be adopted by separate resolutions. After discussion, a motion to table Resolution 2‑65 to the next monthly meeting carried.
