The grand total presented was $205,645.65.
Officials noted that inmate-housing expenses have the potential to exceed the line-item allocation by year end. The report said the inmate-housing payments to date left the account about $11,000 under budget, but if the three inmates currently housed there remain through year-end, the county could be roughly $20,000 over budget in that line and will need to transfer funds from the general fund.
The board voted to accept the accounts payable report as presented.
Next steps: county finance staff to monitor inmate-housing costs and bring any needed budget-transfer requests back to the board.
