Public commenters asked that 24-hour on-street allowances be clarified so they apply to unoccupied vehicles only and urged clearer definitions for "long-term" and "short-term" occupancy (the draft contains multiple, inconsistent references). Commenters also urged a prohibition on generator use except during electrical outages and requested clarity on whether nonprofit organizations' volunteer or staff housing would be treated as RV-park spaces. Planning staff said written comments will be accepted through Nov. 7 to help refine definitions and enforcement provisions.
