A motion to approve the voucher packet dated 10/8/25 was made by Michael Hendrickson and seconded by Jamie; the board approved the packet in a 3-0 roll-call vote. The roll call recorded Michael Hendrickson and Dennis Capote voting yes; the meeting record reflected a unanimous approval.
Staff presented financial figures for the stormwater fund. The current fund balance on the presented financials was $1,212,798.56. For September, staff noted the stormwater fund earned $3,076.35 in bank interest.
Manager and finance staff told the board they will introduce the 2026 stormwater budget at the board's November meeting. The manager said corrections are underway for several negative line items in the 2025 numbers, and the town is evaluating moving funds to a depreciation fund and returning a pilot allocation to the general fund. Depending on how corrections proceed, additional appropriations may be required before year-end.
