"I am requesting that the planning commission set this for public hearing at your next regular meeting, which is 11:17 25," planning staff said. The commission voted to set the hearing for Nov. 17, 2025; the motion was moved and seconded and carried on roll call.
The staff memo noted the parcel is a 72-acre A-2 zoned tract located near the Trent Mill/Hatcher rural crossroads and within the county's Electric Collection District 2. The scheduled public hearing will allow members of the public and affected agencies to comment on visual impact, tower height, setbacks and other conditional-use criteria.
