The McAlester City Council voted to award DWSRF Project No. 13 — water line replacement on the Kincaid/Pacific corridor — to Pinnacle Underground (DBA Pinnacle Construction Services LLC) for $549,973.

Staff reported the line dates to the 1960s and has experienced frequent failures and outages. The project replaces the failing mains that run from Peaceful Road into Kincaid Road. The city received multiple bids and recommended Pinnacle as the lowest responsive bidder. Staff noted Pinnacle has completed prior projects for the city and has an active satisfactory performance record.

Council approved the award and directed staff to finalize contract documents and proceed with DWSRF (Drinking Water State Revolving Fund) project administration.
