- Approve minutes of Oct. 22, 2025 meeting (vote: aye).
- Approve U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs application to construct a generating station pursuant to Public Utilities Article §7-207.1 (consent item) (vote: aye).
- Grant Chamberton Solar Santa Rosa LLC a waiver of a COMAR provision and extend the community-solar operational deadline to May 22, 2026 (consent item) (vote: aye).
- Accept Baltimore Gas & Electric Co.27s updated Rider 12 gas administrative charge for filing effective Nov. 1, 2025 (vote: aye).
- Approve qualification of Rossville SNF Operations LLC, Roland Park SNF Operations LLC and Towson SNF Operations LLC as low-income subscribers in Maryland's Community Solar Program (three separate motions; votes: aye, aye, aye).
- The joint application for approval of transfer of controlling interest and franchise transfer from Maryland Water Service to Maryland American Water Company was presented but taken under advisement for further conditioning language; no vote was taken.
- Approve a waiver for TPE MD PR 53 LLC allowing installation of access roads prior to Dec. 31, 2025 (vote: aye).
