Brook Park approves rezoning at 14401 Snow Road to allow 31-unit expansion

Brook Park City Council on Oct. 21 adopted Ordinance No. 11490-2025 to rezone two properties at 14401 Snow Road so the developer can add 31 housing units adjacent to the existing Brookview development.

Developer representative Drew Cook told the council and public that the site plan adds a mix of unit types and “would not disrupt or cause any additional traffic” on Michael Avenue because the project includes no new curb cuts onto Michael and would route traffic to the development’s Snow Road entrance. Cook also said the project team will maintain stormwater controls and that the additional units would improve architectural variety and leasing options.
