Irish told the board that the district's first student advisory board met and provided feedback on the initial implementation of the mobile device policy; staff are compiling a report and will brief the board in a future briefing. He also noted participation in National School Lunch Week events and praised Food & Nutrition Services for diversifying menus and improving access.
The superintendent's remarks framed several agenda items that night, including the forthcoming SAP approvals and the ballot measures the board considered.
