Elena (city staff) said the city has the server physically back and vendors are working to restore Encode and other systems. Staff warned that without restored payment processing they cannot perform automatic shutoffs, which may affect billing operations. City staff urged residents to monitor the city—s Facebook page for updates and said they will notify customers when systems return to normal.
