Commission approves final plats for Eagle Creek Highlands Section 1 and Kenter Crossing Section 1

Nikki Martin of Pulte Homes told the commission Eagle Creek Highlands Section 1 subdivides roughly 31.5 acres into 54 single‑family lots, two open‑space reserves and seven public rights of way to create a second permanent access point to the existing Eagle Creek neighborhood. The commission voted to recommend the final plat to council; roll call was 4–0.
Planning staff presented Kenter Crossing Section 1 (94 lots total, including 44 townhomes and 39 single‑family homes) and reported the final plat aligns with the previously approved development plan subject to a minor utility easement revision. Staff recommended approval; commissioners voted 4–0 on a motion by Commissioner Miller, second by Commissioner Crawford.
Both approvals were procedural final‑plat decisions. The commission recorded that additional phases of both developments will return for subsequent final‑plat and site‑plan approvals where applicable.
