Board members discussed that the board could return to monthly meetings if business increases and that special meetings may be called with appropriate public notice. The financial reports for the periods ending July 31 and Aug. 31, 2025, remained on the regular agenda but no action on those reports was recorded during the session.
The board then moved to close other business and adjourned the meeting.
