The Nevada Department of Education on a recent webinar introduced a FastTrack budget revision feature in its ePage grants-management system that gives subrecipients an option for immediate system approval when certain strict conditions are met.
Amber, a staff member in the department's Grants Management Unit and Student Investment Division, said the tool was developed in response to requests from subrecipients and school districts and was built by the departments vendor, AtLink. "We are so excited to be talking about fast track budget revisions in ePage," she said, noting the enhancement went live at the end of last week and will be supported with a slide deck, a written appendix to the FY25 budget preparation guidelines and a recorded demo posted to the GMU YouTube playlist.
