Landmarks board approves garage-door replacement at 120 Windsor Place, specifies light-gray doors with windows

The Syracuse Landmarks Preservation Board on Oct. 30 voted to approve a Certificate of Appropriateness for 120 Windsor Place, specifying light-gray overhead garage doors with windows.
