The approval was moved and seconded on the record; the roll call recorded six affirmative votes. The committee discussed approval of closed-session minutes from Sept. 15 separately and indicated those would be handled according to the district’s closed‑session process.

The vote was recorded as: Miss Harry — Yes; Miss Johnson — Yes; Mister Watson — Yes; Doctor Berry — Yes; Mister Marston — Yes; Mister Hikes — Yes. The motion to approve the open‑session minutes carried.
